Teacher brings English boy Tom and sings a song “New Year’s day”. Phonetic drills. Teacher shows snowballs with sounds [b], [ou], [t] and pronounces them loudly.

Children listen and try to und to sing a song with the teacher.
Children try to pronounce the sounds correctly. |
Organization and research |
Teacher asks children about weather: What the weather like today? Is it cold today?
Teacher shows pictures and says: — I ski. — I skate. — I sledge. — I make snowman.
Teacher asks Tom: — Do you ski? — Do you skate? ( etc.) Tom answers:
Tom asks children: — Children, do you ski, do you skate, do you sledge, do you make snowman?
Teacher says: “Children, let’s ski, skate, sledge and etc.”
Teacher and Tom invite children to speak about winter games.

Children listen and try to understand, repeat after teacher: — I ski. — I skate. — I sledge. — I make snowman. Children listen the dialogue.
Children answer and show:
