Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU) stands as a symbol of intellectual prowess and academic distinction in the heart of Central Asia. Named after the great Islamic philosopher Al-Farabi, the university has been a cornerstone of higher education in Kazakhstan, fostering a legacy of learning and innovation.

On the 10th of April, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a lecture on the topic «Actual problems of Turkology and Altaistics in the light of the development of the research university» by the famous Turkologist, Doctor of Philology, Professor Nikolai Egorov.
